Guidelines for commercial support

EBAP has a strict policy regarding Commercial Support of accredited live events, web-based courses and CME article and asks that Providers comply with these guidelines. We therefore recommend that Providers carefully read the attached Guidelines.

Guidelines for the use of EBAP name and logo

EBAP's logo distinguishes the CME Activities that have been accredited by EBAP. The use of EBAP logo and name shows the links between the CME Programme or materials and EBAP. It is a mark of quality and therefore those who use it must comply with the regulations on the use of EBAP name and logo. We therefore suggest that Providers carefully read the attached document.

Disclosure of conflict of interest

EBAP requires that each faculty member of live events or web-based courses, as well as article authors, fill in a conflict of interest form. To help you, EBAP has designed a standard disclosure form, which we encourage you to use.

 Disclosure form

In addition, EBAP requires that providers of accredicted CME programmes and articles inform their audience about the disclosed/indicated conflicts of interest. EBAP recommends using the "EBAP standard text on disclosure" which can be downloaded from this page.
